Our goal is to get to know you and give you all the information you need on Alma, our context, and the role you are applying for. We will ask you questions to understand your experience, background and skills in order to determine whether there could be a match for the specific opportunity.
At this stage, you will get to meet the hiring manager from one of the teams.
This is a structured interview where your manager will discuss your key projects from a technical or behavioral point of view. You’ll be asked to provide plenty of experience-based evidence of your achievements, so come prepared with a few impactful examples of things you delivered in the past, or how you helped solve difficult technical problems.
Finally, you’ll have the occasion to ask your questions about the job, the organization, or whatever you want to better understand what it means to work at Alma as an engineer.

We will send you a take-home test to evaluate your coding skills. We estimate that the required time to complete it is between 2 and 3 hours.
